Namun, seringkali fokus kita teralihkan hanya pada akurasi alat ukur digital, sementara sistem perlindungan fisik seperti <em>Biological Safety Cabinet<\/em> (BSC), <em>Laminar Air Flow<\/em> (LAF), dan <em>Fume Hood<\/em> dianggap sebagai &#8220;furnitur&#8221; statis yang selama menyala berarti berfungsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Padahal, ketiga alat ini adalah garda terdepan yang menjaga tiga elemen krusial: keselamatan personel (operator), sterilitas produk (sampel), dan keamanan lingkungan. Mengabaikan validasi kinerja alat-alat ini sama saja dengan bekerja di atas bom waktu kontaminasi. Memahami hal tersebut, <strong>PT Syslab<\/strong> kini memperluas ruang lingkup layanannya dengan sertifikasi terakreditasi <strong>KAN (Komite Akreditasi Nasional)<\/strong> untuk uji kinerja BSC, LAF, dan Fume Hood.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"933\" height=\"208\" src=\"https:\/\/syslab-app.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/fumehood-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2950\" srcset=\"https:\/\/syslab-app.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/fumehood-1.png 933w, https:\/\/syslab-app.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/fumehood-1-300x67.png 300w, https:\/\/syslab-app.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/fumehood-1-768x171.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 933px) 100vw, 933px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mengenal Lebih Dekat: Antara Perlindungan Produk dan Personel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Masih banyak kerancuan dalam penggunaan alat-alat ini di lapangan. Pemilihan alat yang salah atau pemeliharaan yang buruk dapat berakibat fatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Laminar Air Flow (LAF):<\/strong> Alat ini dirancang khusus untuk perlindungan produk. Dengan aliran udara searah (laminar) yang melewati filter HEPA. LAF menciptakan area kerja steril. Namun, perlu diingat bahwa LAF meniupkan udara ke arah operator, sehingga <strong>tidak boleh<\/strong> digunakan untuk menangani bahan infeksius atau kimia berbahaya.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Biological Safety Cabinet (BSC):<\/strong> Berbeda dengan LAF, BSC dirancang untuk melindungi tiga hal sekaligus: personel, produk, dan lingkungan. Melalui sistem filtrasi HEPA pada udara masuk dan udara buang, serta pengaturan tekanan udara, BSC menjadi wajib bagi laboratorium yang menangani agen biologis (biohazard).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fume Hood (Lemari Asam):<\/strong> Fokus utamanya adalah perlindungan personel dari uap kimia berbahaya, gas beracun, dan debu reaktif. Udara ditarik menjauh dari operator dan dibuang ke luar gedung atau difiltrasi (pada model tertentu).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mengapa Sertifikasi dan Uji Kinerja Menjadi &#8220;Wajib&#8221;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Berdasarkan informasi teknis terbaru, uji kinerja bukan sekadar formalitas administratif. Ada alasan saintifik dan regulasi yang mendasarinya:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Degradasi Filter dan Perubahan Aliran Udara<\/strong> Seiring waktu, filter HEPA atau filter karbon akan mengalami kejenuhan. Akumulasi partikel menyebabkan hambatan udara (<em>pressure drop<\/em>) meningkat, yang mengakibatkan kecepatan aliran udara menurun. Jika kecepatan aliran udara tidak sesuai standar, maka perlindungan terhadap kontaminasi akan hilang. Uji kinerja memastikan bahwa <em>face velocity<\/em> dan <em>airflow pattern<\/em> tetap berada pada batas aman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Kepatuhan terhadap Regulasi Nasional<\/strong> Pemerintah Indonesia melalui Kementerian Kesehatan telah menetapkan standar ketat dalam <strong>Permenkes No. 43 Tahun 2013<\/strong> tentang Penyelenggaraan Laboratorium Klinik yang Baik, serta <strong>Permenkes No. 52 Tahun 2018<\/strong> tentang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan. Regulasi ini mewajibkan validasi dan verifikasi kinerja peralatan secara berkala untuk menjamin keamanan operasional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Standar Internasional ISO\/IEC 17025 dan ISO 15189<\/strong> Bagi laboratorium yang telah atau sedang menuju akreditasi ISO, kalibrasi dan uji kinerja alat pendukung adalah persyaratan mutlak. SysLab memberikan jaminan bahwa metode pengujian yang dilakukan telah diakui secara internasional melalui akreditasi KAN, mencakup standar terbaru seperti <strong>NSF\/ANSI 49: 2024<\/strong> (untuk BSC dan LAF) serta <strong>ANSI\/ASHRAE 110-2016<\/strong> (untuk Fume Hood).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Siklus Pengujian: Kapan Waktu yang Tepat?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salah satu pertanyaan yang paling sering muncul adalah seberapa sering alat harus diuji? Berdasarkan pedoman keselamatan kerja global, <strong>pengujian rutin wajib dilakukan minimal setiap 12 bulan sekali.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Namun, terdapat kondisi khusus di mana uji kinerja harus dilakukan sesegera mungkin tanpa menunggu siklus tahunan, yaitu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Setelah Relokasi:<\/strong> Pemindahan alat, meski hanya berjarak beberapa meter, dapat mengubah integritas struktur atau menyebabakan kebocoran pada sistem seal filter akibat guncangan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Setelah Penggantian Komponen Utama:<\/strong> Jika motor fan atau filter HEPA diganti, karakter aliran udara pasti berubah. Validasi ulang diperlukan untuk menyetel ulang sistem ke parameter optimal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Setelah Perbaikan Besar:<\/strong> Intervensi teknis pada sistem kelistrikan atau kontrol aliran udara mengharuskan pengujian ulang untuk memastikan sensor dan alarm bekerja dengan benar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Metode Pengujian di PT Syslab: Akurasi Tanpa Kompromi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Layanan baru PT Syslab tidak hanya sekadar memeriksa apakah alat menyala.
